Centre County ARES members participated in the Skywarn Recognition Day event held on Saturday, December 4, 2011 from 09:00 through 10:00. The National Weather Service and ARRL cosponsor the event.
The VHF Station at the State College National Weather Service office was staffed and took check ins and weather reports from Centre and surrounding counties.
